Privacy Policy in accordance with Regulation EU/2016/679 ("GDPR") and Greek Law 4624/2019
Preamble
We provide various services, including consulting services on sales promotion issues (hereinafter the "Company"). Through our online platform, An-editorial.com, which is hosted at https://an-editorial.com (hereinafter "An-editorial"), we provide visitors, users, and members with the ability to browse, update, search, and compare prices and types of products available from online stores of third-party commercial companies with which An-editorial cooperates. At An-editorial, we are committed to protecting and respecting your privacy.
This Privacy Policy ("Policy") defines the basis on which personal data ("PD") are collected and the terms governing and regulating the Company's relations with the respective user and/or client of An-editorial in a clear and comprehensible manner, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), Greek Law 4624/2019 on "Protection of individuals from the processing of Personal Data", and other applicable laws.
The Policy has been developed to protect PD and to take appropriate organizational, technical, and legal measures. Your PD are provided with your free consent directly and are intended for the sole purpose of online search and comparison of products, their features, and prices through An-editorial's online platform. The Policy is intended to help you understand why we collect your personal data while browsing, registering, and using the platform's services and how we use it.

Information and PD we collect
The personal information collected by An-editorial is required to provide the best navigation experience, fulfill An-editorial's services, and protect personal data.

The sending of informative and promotional emails (newsletters and email marketing) by An-editorial to the email address you have provided presupposes that you have specifically stated your consent, and the authenticity of this statement has been confirmed by An-editorial. Access to the content of the consent statement and the possibility of revoking the consent given at any time are contained in each email sent by An-editorial. A similar possibility of revoking the given consent statement is provided on the preferences configuration page of your account in An-editorial.
To create a member account, you are required to enter at least your email address and a password to the service (password).
Optionally, you may also provide your gender, age range, and clothing or stylistic preferences to create a more personalized account. Additionally, you can create an account through any of the social networking services including Facebook, Google, Apple, Instagram, or LinkedIn. An-editorial will access and keep personal data that you have already provided on these social media platforms and will not interfere in any way with your choices. The processing of such data also comes through a connected application of a third-party social networking service provider and is subject to this privacy policy.
Purpose of processing Personal Data
We process personal data for the following purposes:
- To provide a variety of online ways of searching and comparing products, their features, and prices, with the user being able to decide to purchase in any way, any product from the cooperating online store.
- For promotional and informational actions for the displayed products only with your explicit consent.
- For informational support of users and communication with them for marketing purposes or for reasons related to An-editorial.
- To provide, personalize, and improve the user experience from An-editorial.
- To understand and analyze the use of the platform by users, including their interaction with applications, advertisements, products and functions made available or linked or offered through An-editorial and the collection of statistics, for research, for improving the services of the platform.

- For the fulfillment of a legal obligation of An-editorial, including if - beyond the law - it is required by a court decision or requested by any other state or regulatory authority.
Legal basis of the processingThe laws, regulations and guidelines governing the processing of personal data in the case of the online platform are as follows:

Based on the above legislation, we inform you that the legal basis for the processing of personal data is your free consent.
Retention of personal data
The retention period of the personal data collected is determined by Greek legislation on cyber-insurance offenses and at least two (2) years, unless the continuation of their compliance with the applicable legislation is imposed. In this case, An-editorial will make every reasonable effort to minimize the processing and protection of PD.
When you create an account, we retain your PD until you ask us to delete or modify them. For the purposes of promoting products and services (marketing activities), your personal data is kept until your consent is revoked. This can be done by you at any time. The withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent in the period prior to its withdrawal.
Transmission of personal data
We ensure that your personal data is processed legally, which is restricted within the Company, while ensuring their confidentiality. We are committed not to transfer PD to third parties other than those required by law or you have already given your consent.
However, they may be transmitted to our partners, who act as processors on our behalf, to the extent that the aforementioned processing purposes are served and provided that confidentiality is maintained to protect them in the context of our contractual commitments, the service of our legitimate interests and the right of control over them.
Security of personal data

When the processing is to be carried out on behalf of An-editorial by a third party (Processor), we are committed that these persons will also apply the appropriate technical and organizational security procedures in order to ensure the protection of the user's rights and the integrity of his/her data. Third parties - processors on behalf of An-editorial include companies that provide hosting on the servers on which personal data are stored and companies that provide maintenance services of its systems and infrastructure.
In addition to the above, users' of PD are not disclosed or shared with third parties and are not exploited in any way. In order to avoid misunderstandings, it is clarified that the above does not include the content and data that the user chooses to make publicly available on the platform or chooses to share on social media services (third-party applications in general).
But keep in mind that no physical or electronic security system is completely secure. We cannot guarantee the complete security of our databases, nor can we guarantee that the information you provide to us via the Internet will not be intercepted. But we are committed to continuing to review and improve security policies and implement additional technical and organizational security measures as new technologies become available.
The transmission of information via the Internet is not completely secure and may involve the transmission of data to countries outside the European Union. However, An-editorial uses cloud solutions for web hosting, e-mail hosting or proprietary software solutions delivered to us through the Cloud which are located within the EU and/or the UK.
However, in any case we do not allow third parties to use your PD for their own purposes. Although we will do our best to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of your personal data transmitted to us. Therefore, any transmission of PD is at your own risk. Upon taking the PD, we use appropriate security measures to avoid unauthorized access.
Your rights and how you can exercise them
You have the right to:
• Know what personal data we hold and process, their origin, the purposes of their processing, as well as the time of keeping them (right of access).
• Request the correction and/or completion of your personal data so that it is complete and accurate (right of rectification).
• Request a restriction on the processing of your data (right to restriction of processing).
• Object to any further processing of your personal data that we hold (right to object).
• Ask us to transfer your personal data that we hold to any other processor of your choice (right to data portability).
• Submit a complaint to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (www.dpa.gr), if you consider that your rights are violated in any way (right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority).
• Request the deletion of your personal data from the files we keep (right to erasure).
In connection with the exercise of your above rights, the following are noted:
The Company has the right to refuse to satisfy your requests for restriction of processing or deletion of your personal data or your objection to the processing, if the processing or retention of data is necessary for the establishment, exercise or support of its legal rights or the fulfillment of its obligations towards the Greek or European state. The exercise of the right to data portability does not imply the deletion of your data from our records, which is subject to the terms of the previous paragraph and the conditions of the GDPR. • The exercise of the above rights acts for the future and does not concern already executed data processing.

The website that hosts the An-editorial Service may include links to other websites that are not controlled by the Company, but by their owners (individuals or legal persons). In no case is An-editorial or the Company responsible for the Privacy Policies of the visitors to third-party websites.
